Jumper's Blend

Our daughter is participating in track and field, and she is a sprinter and a jumper (participating in 4 events).  Participating in 2 different jumping events can take a toll on your legs, so I mixed up this oil blend for her to use after track meets and hard practices.  It is adapted from a recipe in Dr. Scott Johnson's book Surviving When Modern Medicine Fails:  A definitive guide to essential oils that could save your life during a crisis (2nd edition) (My affiliate link).

I only use Young Living essential oils with my family and athletes.   I trust putting Young Living oils on myself, my family and my athletes, because their Seed To Seal process guarantees a quality product.

To make the Jumper's blend, I add 4 drops of basil, 4 drops of lemongrass, 4 drops of marjoram, 4 drops of wintergreen essential oils, and 4 teaspoons of Young Living's V-6 Complex (carrier oil) to a recycled 15-ml essential oil bottle.  I add an AromaGlide Roller Fitment to the top of the bottle and it's ready to use!
